I would agree it depends alot on your past experience, number of cycles, ect... I personally range from 700mg to 1000mg. Never had a problem, just great results. Did I notice the difference, yes. The reason being I usually will start a cycle at 700mg, as I notice things begin to slow down, and when my body tells me (yes, you can tell) I up the dosage. When I up the dosage I get a much needed late cycle boost...
