Cypionate Cycle... question

I have just finished my third week of taking cypionate at 500ml/ week. I am worried because im not seeing any substantial gains and ive been working out really hard and giving myself the correct days of rest and eating alot of clean calories with alot of protein. Ive been doing everything by the book and for some reason i just seem to be gaining weight in my stomach and not any muscle mass. Can anyone help me to understand why im not seeing any gains. the product is from ******** so i dont think its bunk.

You dont really see noticeable results until week 4.

My first cycle I saw it around week 4/5

This cycle I didnt notice strength gains til week 6.

Chill out man, give it another 2 weeks, just keep eating and training. If your doing a bulker your gonna put on some body fat inevitably (90% of the time - some fortunate people run a lean bulk pretty effectively.)

DW bout your gut, can run that off during the cutting cycle

Thanks aj,
I am not too worried about the fat because like you said I can just run it off later. I was just really worried because i thought i would see atleast some gains leading into week 4 but ive read alot of people you dont see anything until week 3 or 4 so the closer it gets to week 4 the more worried im getting. But thank you for giving me some insurance. Ill keep u posted on how things go

When I first started Test Cyp for my HRT, I really didnt see much till week 5 but....I sure felt the diff in week 2. Just felt good. In fact I felt so good that I almost felt guilty for feeling so good! Hope you have the same!

I feel pretty good and am working out harder because of it but not seeing gains is demotivating me at the same time. So if both were present I know I'd be feeling pretty good. I know its a slow acting ester but do the effects of it just explode in week 5 to give you really big gains until your off or whats the deal?

Well the guy you've quoted may have felt good because he already had Low test - so getting on HRT for him may have been due to medical reasons and therefore its quite expected that he would feel much better.

Just keep eating and training mate, i wouldnt worry at all, if by week 6 you literally havnt put on strength then Id be a bit worried but I had the same doubts this time. I have a reliable source, with a good brand of gear in AUS, yet I wanted to bump it up more because I wasnt noticing in, then my guy just told me to increase calories/protein and by week 6 I had people asking me if I was on juice, and when did I suddenly get so big.

Everyone's body reacts differently, people say they suddenly feel better etc. Its not like it is a non-sober feeling, I personally dont really notice how good I feel until I get off!

Wait til week 6, you might explode week 5, or you might just start building good heavy constant gains and lean muscle.

Is your diet in check?
Sleep?
Are you getting enough rest between workout days and not doing the same muscle groups too frequently?

Post up your diet and workout and i'll see if I can tweak it abit
