toots13 New member Mar 7, 2005 #5 If you clip your pedal in, then I'd look at the positioning of the clips on your shoes. I was a competitive cyclist and when I had knees issues, that is what I had to adjust to relieve my knee pains.

T textridave New member Mar 7, 2005 #6 You might have to adjust the pedals, seat forward/backwards, seat post height to get the correct fit... A combination of the the three should be able to get a decent fitting w/o killing your knees..
