I've heard of 3 different ways of taking Creatine....
1: 5g per day after workout, no cycling
2: same as 1 but cycle every other month
3: loading it 20g per day for 4 days cycle every other month
do any of these sound right? I've been taking creatine for about 4 months now using 1 and just wanted to know if there was a better way.
I'm 5'4 180lbs if that makes any difference in the amount to take.
