Creatine has been a major staple of mine for years, but I'm considering getting off it for a good while now. I'm starting to think there is something to that fat retention w/ creatine.
I'm going to see how well I get take off some extra BF over the next 2 months going w/o it.
Don't get me wrong... I've cycled off for a week or so, here and there - Then, again, I'd also take month-long or longer breaks from working out due to burn out over the past 5 or six years where I'd drop just about ALL supplementation.
I'm definitely excited about seeing how I react, for the first time in 4 years or so, with working out with absolutely no creatine supplementation for at least 3 months or so.
I will probably continue with the usual staples:
1) Whey Protein Shakes
2) Multivitamin
3) Vitamin C
4) Glucosamine-Chondroitin (a MUST if you get joint or tendon pain from weights - especially on cycle)
5) ZMA - at night when retiring for the evening.
6) Glutamine
7) ALA
*** Throw in ECA/Clen cycling as well over the next couple of months.
I've always had the habit of putting on BF over the course of the holidays between Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas (and then NYE). I'm making the point this year to actively try to lean up over the course of the month of December. I always make things hard on myself during the spring in terms of definition.
I will being a cycle of Deca, Eq, and Winny (would love to get my hands on Fina, but....) in early February. Look for me in Cancun on MTV sometime about early April.
