I am going to start a cycle with hgh and winny, so obviously have to stop drinking. What's the board opinion on smoking out occasionally? nm
 
It'll help you eat more so you can increase your caloric intake. But, it will make cardio more of a bitch, to a degree.
 
To me, weed is always part of my diet. I smoke after each workout which allows me to eat more after 5pm. For me, that is the hardest time to stay on my diet. When im at work 8-5 my food is prepared and easy to eat. At night its different. Thats where mary jane comes into play. I actually tell people that my cycle is 750mg ew of enanthate, 75 mg ed of fina and 1 joint ed post workout!
 
THC has been proven to lower free testosterone. I would stay away from it. I think it would be better to have a beer than have a bong hit.

I've heard of this before...thought it was BS....is this really a big concern when smoking tha reefer??

Is it more for people that are 'Prone to Gyno'?

I like to have a toke every now and then...and it also helps with my appetite...

when i had the surgery, i didnt tell my doc that i had used as, but i did tell him i smoked and he told me that was the culprit. i seriously dont believe that it played any rold in my developement of gyno.. more like poor planning on my part!!! i do know the medical community believes it though!! i have not smoked pot in 3 yrs, i cycle, and i have had no gyno issues

Big ass bump for more opinions... I say toke on, good for your appetite and who gives a shit if you lower free test a small percentage if you can eat more I think overall it will be beneficial. I dont buy that pot gyno shit either,
 
I smoked Bud for almost 8 years daily so every cycle I have ever taken I was stoned. Never any problem at all.. It helps huge after a hell of workout to blaze down :theranger :rasta: and relax.. Dam That sucks I had to quit...
 
thats what i use weed ofr, a calm down. It works GREAT after a workout. And also, i imagine when you get roid rage, it is better toking a joint then beating down some guy that you find out later is some police chiefs son........never happened to me...............................................................................................................................................

Weed and gyno = BS. I have friends who smoke all day long for years and have no gyno issues. Will it lower testosterone levels...if at all I think it would be very negligible, and if you using aas what would it matter. Smoke up, its good for the appetite, much better on the body than drinking that is for sure.
 
personally the test high is all i need. i was a regular smoker and now that im on the cycle i dont have the urge or need to. roid rage? take it out at the gym and that souldnt be an issue. to relax? yeah i can see that. for food cravings? yeah i can see that too. i wouldnt go overboard with it while your on though. dont think it would hurt every once in a while to wind down a little.
 
shit i just smoked, and i plan on doing it a few more times today, one hitter quitter, less smoke and more appetite. thats the only way i can eat enough. arnold smoked weed and he looked great.

bro, weed does essentially the same thing to your body that CNS depressents such as xanax and valium do, which much more than a handful of bros on here take occasionally or more, aside from fuckin your lungs up a little, but it wont hinder your gains. yes it can lower testosterone a little from my knowledge but i wouldnt think enough to keep you from improving in the gym.
 
I must be old cuz this sounds like the dumbest idea ever.
 
I smoke daily even all the way up to my show last week. If you think it hinders your growth your just paranoid. Plus its the greatest natural appetite stimulant hands down.

i smoke ED for many years. no negative effects on anything other than lungs. no gyno either. i will be quitting for my new years resolution. my wife says i'm a pothead for life. we'll see. she don't know the power of the sour diesel of nyc.
like many others, i smoke in car right after workout on way home. i've also worked out high and noticed nothing other than increased concentration. as long as i have headphones on, i'm good.
seriously though weed really has no place in a serious bodybuilder's arsenal. every now and then is ok, but this ED shit has to stop. bad but good habit. problem w/ me is i can't just hold onto it and smoke here and there. if i got the diesel jarred up in the frig, he wants to come out and play ED.
 
I've been smoking for years, and lifting for years.... Shouldn't be a problem as long as you smoke at the right time.... If you smoke in the AM, it can make you lazy for the rest of the day, so try to wait till all your daily duties are done for the day, then smoke up....

hmm, I dunno...during my last cycle, I had to run off the road a soccer mom wearing her mom jeans in a mini-van while she was doing 45 on a 65mph highway.... could've been that I was just having a bad day *grin* :evil:
 
I drink once a week (1-2 beers) when I cycle. I smoke once every 1-2 weeks (1 gram) when I cycle too. As long as its not a daily thing, and not excessive, don't stress it.

Weed is not a bad drug
I love my weed, I grow to suit my needs. a strong sativa(high thc,low cbd) ,thai or haze hybrids for smoking during the day these give you a strong energetic buzz with no sleepy burntout feeling exellent for going to the gym and/or work
and a nice strong indica afgani or hashplant hybrids these are the sleeper weed (and what most commercal(sp?)weed is)this is day ending weed ,post work out(low thc, high cbd)good to wind down after work and makes you hungry
I now load of smokers and not a tit between them
and my test levels are fine and I smoke daily

Estrogen increased by weed is a myth that was disproven over a decade ago. If you don't believe me, check errovid.

I suggest you smoke hydro or kind bud(the good shit that costs $100+ a 1/4 oz) out of a water bong. That way you don't need to smoke as much and it's easier on the lungs. I wouldn't smoke regs/mexi-brick shit if it was given to me. I can get a fat oz of that stuff for $70. Fortunately the kind 420 is just a phone call away for me. Purple Kush and Blueberry are my fave. Northern lights, Dump Truck, and Popcorn are good too. I feel sorry for you guys that don't have access to Amsterdam quality bud-you're truly missing out. If weeds slows you down, try popping about 50 mgs ephedrine and some espresso, vivarin, or red bull.
 
Weed will only hurt natural test production, if you are using a synthetic test it will do nothing.

Oh yeah, weed is not a drug by the way. So stop comparing it to cocaine... everyone here is doing steroids and get all pissed when they get compared with other drugs, weed is exactly the same.

That's how I felt the 1st time I ate pot brownies. It's a different high-and lasts 3x as long because the THC is released much slower through digestion. My stomach knotted up(which I later found out is a normal occurence after eating pot brownies) and I was so paranoid I thought I was gonna die. I actually thought someone slipped me some acid as a joke. I was freaking out for a good 2 hours-then as I came down it was OK. If I'd have known what to expect beforehand it probably wouldn't have been so bad.

LOL! I went to a 420 party last year (April 20th) and the host made some "special" brownies, which he made really strong with some killer bud. The dude I went with, who was a very veteran smoker, ate 2 of these brownies and was sooooo fucked up shortly after he thought he needed to go to the emerengcy room. :mix:
 
the idea is to smoke the bud, DON'T LET THE BUD SMOKE U. this time last year i was smoking 2g a day of $600/oz goodies. i realized that it took me over and i took off a couple months. now it's like a 1/2g every day or 2. i will be quitting for awhile once new years is here.
 
daily smoker here, and im usually high when i hit the gym. love doing heavy deadlifts while blazed. it takes my mind to another level.

I freakout when I smoke now, I used to smoke kind bud all in high school and most of college. Now when I smoke, it's like when you first started smoking bud and you thought you were going to die. One toke is all it takes and bug out city!

I always think of that movie where Kevin Spacey starts blazing and working out in his mid-life crisis. Anyway, smoke up dudes, I'd do it if I could.
 
anyone know how much that guy really smoked? i only seen him do it one time and that was at the end of pumping iron. just wonderin.

i noticed that when i smoke when im on a cycle my blood pressure messes with me more. dunno but last two times i smoked i thought i was gonna have a heart attack. dont happen when i dont smoke. Guess im not smoking..LOL

Your local head shop should have some products to let you pass a test.
