I would start out with Test Ent. at 600 mgs/wk, deca at 400 mgs/wk, and D-Bol at 50 mgs/day for the first 6 weeks. Stay on the test and deca for 2 more weeks alone, then add in the winny at 50 mgs/day or 400 mgs/wk for 8 weeks. Switch to prop for the last six weeks. The HGH shoud be run at 4 IU's/day for the entire 16 weeks. This is a basic pre contest cycle. Of course most competitors will use much higher doses. Good luck.
