Let me start by admitting that I am a new member, but I am not new to this sport. I have been reading this forum for the past year so I know you guys are going to rip on me for this posting… I can take it (it is just like a frat rush in college).

I am 30 years old and I finished a short cycle of QV Enantat 250 x 50ml test enanthate Quality vet (750mg per week) in the beginning of the summer. I did a few cycles while I was in college, but this was the first cycle in the past 8 years. I gained about 10lb in 8 weeks, which I was not very excited about. I know that my problem was that I did not eat enough and did not take the right gear.

Now I am planning another cycle. My goal is to gain 20lb. I am 6”1’, 175lb, and about 7% BF. I do not mind adding a little more BF since it is very easy for me to loss it. I am thinking of doing test enanthate (500mg per week) and nandrolone decanoate (400mg per week) for about 8 weeks. As I said, I have been out of this game for several years (I still lift as hard as I ever did back in college, but I just stayed natural) so any help would be appreciated.

Hey bro, a stack that is my favorite but I would go longer, more like 12 weeks. I like longer cycles but I also use lower doses. Are you going to have recovery aids? BTW:we are the same age
 
Yes, I am planning on the recovery program. Last time I tried Intermission from The Anabolic Store. I do not think it made a big difference. I retained about 65% of what I gained (which is normal) and about 75% of the strength gain. I may try one of those complex slow downs with Proviron, Phosphatidylersine, Cyclofenil, DHEA, HCG, and Clomid. I do not know how well this will work? As far as I am concerned, Clomid alone may be as effective. What do you guys think? BTW, I will follow your advice and do the cycle for 12 weeks. What weekly dose do you recommend?
