cycle update

Upped my dosages a bit..

40mg C&K dianabol/day split up in 5 different doses
750mg testosterone cypionate/week (inject m,w,f)
Liquid Femara 2.5mg EOD
Liquidex 1mg EOD
Nolvadex 20mg daily

Diet consists of 6 meals daily, mainly......

meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal, 6-8 egg whites
meal 2: protein shake
meal 3: can of tuna, 1 cup of brown rice
meal 4: turkey patty w/ low carb ketchup
meal 5: chicken or turkey and broccoli
meal 6: post workout - 12oz gatorade, protein shake

Lift 4-6 days a week, mainly core excercises, squats, deads, clean and press, and 30-45 minutes of cardio 4-5 days a week.

Have not weighed myself since I started the cycle because it fucks with my head too much. Have noticed good visible fat loss and strength is through the roof. Half lost 1/2" on waist and holding very little if any water. Left nip is a little puffy but im working on that. :)
 
Looks like a cutting diet and workout, but bulking cycle? Why up the doses if you're cutting? 500/week of test along with dbol should be plenty for mild cutting. If you were precontest or well over genetic limit you'd need more, but your cycle confuses me a little.
 
very good question, i want to try and actually gain some lean muscle and lose bodyfat at the same time. Plus w/ low carbs my strength drops tremendosly and i feel lethargic. A bit higher dose of test evens things out a bit for me.

Also, I am very old school in my thinking of cycles. I very rarely use anything other then test now. I don't see steroids as "cutting" or "bulking". I think if u wanna cut on test and dbol make sure u use a good strong anti-E and you can cut just fine as long as diet is in check. Plus you can cut carbs and still get amazing pumps and good workouts.
 
True enough bro, I just wondered what your reasoning was. Looks good then, I hope you get the results you're seeking.
 
your doing 250mgs monday wednesday and friday? why not twice a week? do u have amps or something? what week are u on?

no amps, 10cc vials. I guess there is no benefit in running a long ester 3x a week vs 2x a week its just how i prefer to do it. :) And I actually enjoy sticking myself a little bit so I get that extra day of fun!!!!! I am about 3 weeks in, maybe a tad more. the test is just now making me feel all yummy

Blood levels actually do stay more constant with more frequent injections - even with long ester.

The benefit might not be that great, but if you don't mind more frequent injections, stick with it.

Try adding in some natural peanut butter.
Teddy all natural unsalted peanut butter is loaded with quality fat that your body will use in place of carbs. I use it all the time. It is great for losing bf and gaining some lbm.
