Just an update on my cycle of testosterone cypionate test 200 -
Week one .5CC (100mg) Friday
Week two 2CC (400mg) Friday
Week three 2CC (400mg) Friday
Week four 2CC (200mg) Wed (200mg) Sunday
Week five Still to come on Wed and Sunday and so on
10 wk cycle

Weight from 171 to 184 (last measure last night)

Curl Strenght - Straight bar 60 10 times to 70 11 times

Bench Strenght - 110 (plus bar) 10 times to 120 (plus bar) 10 times
*Flys increased a lot more than bench!

Over Head Tricept Press - 55 (dbell) 10 times to 70 (dbell) 12 times
* was amazed here

Back Row - Plates (not cable) 45&25 each side 10 reps to 45&45 each side 12 reps

I AM ABOUT TO STACK DERMACTRINE WITH THE CYP THE MORNING AFTER MY NEXT PIN SO THAT WILL GIVE ME ABOUT 5 WEEKS JUST TEST AND 4 WEEKS TEST DERM ENDING ME ON WEEK 9 THEN DOSING ONE LAST WEEK JUST TEST TILL PCT - post cycle therapy - .

I DID NOT INCLUDE MY DIET BECAUSE IT IS WAY WAY WAY TO MUCH TO WRITE OUT. HOWEVER TAKIN IN ABOUT 2500-3000 kcal A DAY (I KNOW IS LITTLE LOW) WITH IN 4-5 MEALS WITH ABOUT 2 MRP's. chicken, fish, eggs, rice, vegies, beef whatever I can get my hands on I eat!

oh P.S. 5'11 24y/o personal trainer (been training for over 5 years) first cycle.

great work! just shows a lot of people that your first cycle doesnt need to be a science project. Just a bit of test, clean diet, and some hard work to get great results. Keep us posted on your progress.
 
Corto - yeah you can make of it what you want and I plan to take full advantage of it. Thanks, will do...

Perry - Yeah bro the first pin at .5CC was lame for one and the 2 pins a week I basically kept the same Mg's but split them up for the half life.

the physique looks great honestly! I'm very satisfied with it not packing on major bulk I'm maintaining a ripped quality and not even running as I'm trying to save cals.

I have a before, middle, will be taking an after picture that I'll post in a few prolly on my next update.

Infact my avitar right now was about 2 wks ago when I went from 171 to 179 and now I'm at 184 and growing looking for 200 - 205 at 5'11

I think you should go into it whole heartedly. Konw everything you can know about it. Plan it out. Any thing worth doing is worth doing right. Half ass it and you get half ass results.

Rest assured Need I'm taking full advantage of this. Well placed meals (not always teh most healthy but usially are, and never any fast food or garbage cause to me not so healthy is like a chicken hot pocket or nugets)

Plus lifting every chance I get with plenty of recovery rest.

The way I see it is I have 10 wks to get as much gains as possable then retain, so I plan on utalizing every aspect of training guides and not using test as a sort of magic dust that just works over night.
