Cycle update -- Week 3

Oh yeah, this shit is really starting to kick in now!!! I'm in my third week of 400 mg Deca/ 50 mg Winny EOD + Xenadrine, etc.

My stats this week:

305 lbs (up 5 lbs)
arms 21" (up 1")
chest 55" (up 1/2)
neck 19 1/2 (up 1/2)
thighs 32" (up 1")
calves 19" (up 3/4)

and now the ugly part--my waist 45 inches (down 2") --making progress, but goddamn! I barely have any fat on my body except for the spare tire. Maybe I'll get the courage to post a pic when I get to about 42 inches or so.

Things are looking good so far. I loooooooove Winny!!!
 
god damn bro... what's with the waist... that's a lot... the xenadrine will take care some of that but hopefully you are doing a lot of cardio with it... that is not healthy... I would give 5 inches of that 55 inch chest for 10 inches off of that waist... You would look even bigger cuz then your shoulder-to-waist ratio would be amazing...


bTW no part of that was meant as a flame at all.. I just think the waist honestly need a little work...

Forever-- hell yes it sucks!! I lose that gut and I 'm very happy. I have a very large frame so I won't be able to lose more than 5 inches (down to 40") off my waist. When I was in the army, I had a 40 inch waist (at 225 lbs) and I was skin and bones, but had to get body fat tested anyway. 5 inches shouldn't be too hard, just takes time. I got 6 weeks left so I should see good results.
 
Cardio in the a.m. BEFORE breakfast, drink a gallon of H2O a day. You'll lose that tire.
