Cycle update w/pics

Some of you know I got sick and missed nearly two weeks of training. I stayed on the EQ and tbol even though I couldn't train. I took this week off of orals because it had been a month of tbol anyway. Next week I'll throw some winny and hrt dose of test on my EQ. Plan to end it with tren. Anyway, Here's what I look like now. Dropped to 194 lbs. What do you guys think my bf is? Hoping to get up to 210 @ around 7 or 8% bf when I'm done with my 16 weeker. Starting week 6 on Sunday.

It's actually not much gear at all. The most I'm running is two compounds at a time besides the hrt dose of test.
 
Ya you guys are probably right. Sucks too because I was back below 10 before I got sick. Stupid flu!

I just got over the flu, haven't worked out in 2 weeks, diet has been shit when I eat at all. Just started eating again yesterday and I can see a diff already just from getting carbs and protein back in my system, will hit the gym tomorrow and see what I can do. We all go thru it bro, keep your chin up and work thru it.
 
getting sick and being on cycle really sucks especially this time of the season.....luckily it was only a day...had just gotten back into the swing of things with a back injury that kept me out for 4 wks..Then Black Friday had a 24 hr stomach flu that screwed me up

Do you think that with the rebound plus my cycle it will be feasible to reach my goals?
 
Lookin good bro, I'm fighting a damn head cold that slowly going into my chest. I hope I kick this soon. I only missed one day so far.

Not sure how to post for non plats. Ya Hrt doses are just for general health.
Got tested and am at 9.37%, but am only up to 195. The winny is kicking in good. Winny/eq is an awesome stack imo.
 
I took this the other day. I was tested at 10.19% with a 7 point caliper test. We all hold fat differently so I hesitate to guess what you are...

I just got tested yesterday with the caliper and it read 9.37. He did a 4 point test. I have good veins on my pelvis below my abs and inner thighs. I think I hold most of my fat around the obliques and lower back. Probably some around my lower abs too.

you look good statl......thats my target look!.....can you gve advice how you got that physique....i just started lifting 7 mos ago, 5'6, 165 pounds, 24% body fat.......how long hve u bin lfting?....what aas did you use on your 1st cycle...when did you start?....tnx!!!

Ok it's been awhile since I posted this thread. I'm not sure what week I'm on in my cycle (I quit counting, I'm going til I run out of eq which should be about 16 weeks). I am still only at 195 lbs so I've been worried that I won't reach my goal. I do have some good new though: I just got another calpier test, and my bf is down to 6.5% which is probably the lowest I've been. I'll get some more pics soon. My appetite is increasing too, presumably from the eq.

wow good work bro, you're a little under me now, i'm currently 6.7% and hating it, cant wait to get back to 5
