Well its been 4 weeks now, the test and EQ are JUST starting to take effect, lol my increased agitation and non patience will atest to that, and well Im down to 243 lbs and was 253 when I started. I know Im up in muscle mass too, my shoulders are fuller, my strength has started going up a lot, and yea so Im thinking Ive lost more then 10 lbs of bad weight. I am starting to look it too and I got 3 months to go. Haha the fun part will be when week 10 rolls around and I implement clen/winny and a prop/tren blend for a 3 week span
Ive been super strict with my diet, the only junk type thing Ive had in the last two weeks other then my cheet meal has been 2 ice cream sandwhiches which are low fat and only 140 cals each anyways
