Cycle turning out lame,need help

Hi guys well Im 3 weeks into a Fina/Dbol cycle.Starting weight 179-New weight 186.The weight gain came in the first week too,Im saying due to the change in my diet.Bench is probably up like 30 lbs.Squat maybe 30.Hang cleans up 30lbs.Ive been doing fina @ 7 pellets a day with dmso by the hips.I know you guys say inject but I tend to screw things up alot so ill just spend a lil extra.And I have been doing thai anabol @20mg 4x a day for 6 days now.Theyre legit,I did the crush test.I never really got any real weight gain after the first week.
Diet:220 gm pro carbs 200-300 fat 70.
I train WestSide but I recently injured my rotator cuff so I stopped WestSide.I am gonna be focusing on size for this cycle because I know the strength will come on either way.My weak points are;back,shoulders,lats,chest.Basically I need you guys to lay out a diet for me and a training schedule to make sure I can maximize my gains,I have 19 more days on dbol and 5 more weeks on fina and I really wanna make this cycle count.

P.S. I have some quality nolvadex coming,dont think I'll need it at 20mg dbol though.
 
I didn't see a question, but, I have an answer anyway, People need to quit wasting their fucking money on dmso Fina. Also, your gains are lame b/c your diet is the most pathetic thing I've ever seen. I don't have a calculater on me, but, if I did, I'd be able to tell you just exactly how far you are under 2500 calories while trying to gain weight.

He's around 2500-2700. COuld be higher, but I wouldn't say it's pathetic. I'd up it to 3000-3500 to get some good gains though.
 
I'm dieting w/ 2500 calories right now, and quite successfully. How could you say that 2500 calorie bulking diet is not pathetic?So that we wouldn't hurt his feeings? Do you think he wants to be patronized or told the truth?
 
Ok guys,thanks I see now I need to eat alot more.Plz dont rag on fina/dmso,its has given others good results so that aint up for debate.What types of foods should I be consuming and what should my pro,carb,and fat look like?And what about a routine for training?Im off to go eat some cals I guess.


P.S. Im sure my anabol is legit,why havent I seen any weight gain whatsoever from that?
 
You gained 7 pounds in a week bro, plus you're getting much stronger...stop complaining. Like I said, I'd kick it up to 3000-3500 cals and you should gains more weight. Don't go too high or you'll add too much fat.
 
As someone who tried the DMSO route.......move to pins. I did DMSO for 3-4 weeks got about 1-2# a week gain (9#), moved to pins, and in 5 weeks have tacked on 22#...so it's twice as effective. Most all of my lifts are up 25-40% from lateral (no cheat, straight arm raises at 30# now up to 45# and Incline (my best guage of raw leverage as it requires a lot of muscle groups) from 175# to 215#......

Squats using the Power squat (vertical) machine went from 425# to 655#....only did that once as it maxed the machine and the club was a little irritated <LOL>.

As to your DBol dose, when are you taking it? My first few weeks, I spaced it out, did a bit more research (my degree is in Exercise Physiology and my minor was Chem....so go figure<G>) and found that I could do it all pre-workout, and add a good Test....so went from 4 tabs/day/week, to 5, to 6, now scaling down to 5, and one more week on 4 before moving to a cutting cycle with Winny.

Finally, you don't have any Test in there, only 7 pellets which if 100% absorbed would be 70mg, it's not, try about 40%....so you're getting about 30mg...not enough to really get a bump from.

SOoooo.....I'd be more inclined to have 200-300mg Test in there too for a few weeks....

My 2 cents, your mileage may vary.
 
ok, lets start from the beggining, DONT TAKE THIS THE WRONG WAY EITHER,

first of all if you are not going to inject fina, then dont use fina at all

second you are eating exactly: 220*4+300*4+70*9=880+1200+630=2710cals per day, what the fuck do you expect from that caloric intake? let me give you a hint: DONT EXPECT MUCH IN TERMS OF MUSCLE GAINS, BECAUSE THAT IS NOT NEARLY ENOUPH TO GROW, some bros on here diet for comp on more then that. a good point for you to start is to multiply your bodyweight by 20cals and some will tell you that that amount is a bare minimum to max-out your gains

third, train smart, dont train every day, 4-5days per week (each bp once per week) is all you need to grow

SLEEP, SLEEP, AND THEN SLEEP SOME MORE (8 HOURS PER NIGHT IS A BARE MINIMUM)

ONE LAST POINT, dont use fucking dmso, inject the tren, then and only then will you realise the true power of that compound
 
Ok first 7 pellets =140mg so I can get about 60mg ed,a decent dose especially for first cycle.Im stacking with dbol 20mg ed,every 4 hrs to be exact..Im not saying Im complaining about the seven pounds but that was only the first week.After the first week weight gains went to a halt.I do beleive I lift smart.4 days a week.One problem,I cannot sleep at all at night.That may be screwing me up but hey fina and dbol both cause insomnia so what am I gonna do.Im gonna bump up my cals but do you think it makes sense to eat like a high protein meal after youve not eaten for a while to make up for it?I eat about 5x a day.Can you guys gimme any advice for training?As I said before I want my back,chest,lats,shoulders to get really big.And any ideas on what foods to eat?
 
Any other input?Thanks guys but I neglected to mention one thing,about 6 months ago I weighed 205@16-18% bf.I still have the ability to get fat again.I find when Im not active I put on fat easily.I tend to store fat in my chest which is not very aestheticaly pleasing.You guys think 3.5k cals is enough?And what about my training,not much has been said about this.I really dont know how much to train on gear.
 
Serge gave some great advice. Why don't you list each meal, so we can see exactly what you eat. Also what is your routine like? Are you dicking around with isolation excersizes or are you doing big heavy compound lifts? If you are having problems sleeping you can try some otc sleep aids...don't get too attached to them but use them when really necessary.

When I am bulking I eat 5 meals + at least 3 shakes. I make one to drink @ around 3 am when I take a leak.

My first meal consists of 1 cup oats (pre cooked), 1 doz egg whites, tblspoon flax. Most of my meals are pretty much like that.

Ok first off,remember I was powerlifting till I messed up my rotator cuff.Im am all about the compound movements.Squats/Cleans/Snatches/Bench/Deadlifts are a regular to every workout.I would like you guys to lay out a bb routine for me though,Im focusing on gaining size for this cycle.Now on to meals.
Meal 1:2 4 oz lean burgers (cooked on foreman grill) with 2 18 carb buns.8 oz milk. 2 slices fat free singles.
Meal 2:4 oz lean burger
Meal 3:Pria Carb Bar,18 carb bun,2 4 oz lean burgers and fat free single
Meal 4:2 eggo waffles and 4 tbl spoons all nat. PB,8 oz milk
Meal 5:Can of tuna with slice of toast and mustard
Meal 6:4 4 oz lean burgers with 2 18 carbs buns and 2 slices fat free singles.
Wow now that I add this up this puts me at 336 pro/150 carb/70 fat.Whoa I know Im gonna get flamed now
 
Meals

There's your problem bro. Meals 2,4, and 5 are snacks. You need unrefined carbs like oats those processed carbs in buns don't do jack shit for you. Also where are the eggs. They are cheap and easy. Toss in some chicken and some pasta and you are getting somewhere.
