Primo 300 mg , maybe is a good dose for me ...

You got enough pct there(LOL)?With that low dose of test You might not even shut down BUmp the test and run the winstrol at 50mg ed thru jmho

i took 200 a week and got nice gains.

Something has got to be done with the 100mg test/wk. You need to go higher to at least 200-250, if gyno is an issue use something for it. I prefer Arimidex. Also, use the winny everyday, not 3 days a week, drop it to 100mg/day if you have to.

300-500mg Primo / week. Same for Test IMO. Can the winnie and go with Var.
