Cycle Revisited

Many of you had negative comments on my cycle before so I have made some mods to try and turn it around. At this point I am going to try and cut some fat for the next few weeks while I can still make use of the rest of my gear

Stats
height 6'2
start weight 220lbs body fat approx 16 %
current weight 235lbs. body fat approx 19%
Desired weight by week 18 215lbs. 8 % bodyfat

The only measurement I really noticed drastically was bicep from 15.25 to 16.75 inches.....my site is billygunsdotcom.....check it out some time

current cycle
weeks 1-10 dbol pyramid from 15mg a day to 40 mg a day and back down to 15mg by week 10
week 2 Test E 250 mg
weeks 3-7 Test E 500mg
weeks 8-9 Test E 750 mg
weeks 10-15 Test E 600 mg
week 16 Test E 300mg

week 7 EQ 150mg
week 8-16 EQ 300mg
week 17 EQ 150mg

Starting Clen week 13\14 and week 17\18
Starting ECA week 11\12 and week 15\16

I ran milk thistle and NAC for the liver protection. Pyramid of test to try and increase gains before I found out my diet was 4 shit and am lowering it back down to 500 and tweaking the diet
 
still hate your cycle, your not runnin the EQ at a high enough dose and not long enough, no need to taper the Test, and theres no reason whatsoever to run DBOL for 10 straight weeks, your didnt include and AI's at all, which tells me you dont mind walking around looking like the stay puff marshmallow man. I suggest you do some more research
 
I am still fairly lean not much bloat to speak of. my wist increased alittle but most according to co-workers and people I see daily say it's solid
 
bro its all bad... quit the d-bols ur liver needs a break. 10weeks is too much. keep test dosage the same throughout cycle.not enough EQ by the way.
 
I am done this sunday with the dbol. I am gonna level out the test @500 started yesterday and the eq I only have enough for 10 weeks @300mg a week that's why
 
you should do as i told you in the other post bro....keep the test at 750mg or 500mg till the end....eq at 600mg/week, and get off that damn dball for sure......you sound very undecided as to what you want to do here bro.

Im not "knocking" you here man, but losing 11% of bodyfat the next 7 weeks is not gonna happen bro. you will NOT put on more muscle while dieting and doing enough cardio to get to 10% much less 8...make sense? so just say hell with the scales and start eating right.....that diet looks much better.........now, just run the cycle as i told you, if you don't have enough eq to up it then just run what you have, although not nearly enough. start doing cardio at least 4 times/week and just finish off this wreck of a cycle you got going on!

next one come on here and post your ideas and plans and i and others can get you something laid out that will WORK!!!

shit happens man, you just weren't researched enough on this first one.....when i was 19 and did my first one i wasn't either.....anadrol out of the back of a gym dealers car....got gyno in three weeks!

so quit stressing about it....run what i suggested, get you some letrozole or arimidex and start taking it now to rid some water, eat right, train hard, do some cardio and finish this out

also just run the eq at 500mg a week and run it till you run out....should be about the same time as you run out of the test....then be done
 
Thanks DRRMAN this post is alittle less defensive than the last one. I'm trying to be openminded here. I am gonna make the best of it while i'm here no regrets just a learning experience. Thanks for the help again.
 
A-bombs for your first cycle DRRMAN? Sounds rough on body.I will up the eq sunday to 250mg a shot 500mg a week and leave the test @500mg's. Hope for the best. For anyone who has been on my site the pics I have there are from this past feb. before ever touching the gear. I will update the pics when I finish this cycle.
