cycle results so far

i've been on a deca/sus cycle for four weeks now, i believe i am starting to see gains but my weight hasnt changed much, just up about 5 lbs, i have been training hard and very good with diet, i posted these pics so maybe you guys could tell me if you think its working. the first pic is from week 1 and second pic from today

this is pic from today and bye the way my doses are deca 300mg/week and sust 250mg/week this is my first cycle so i plan on going for ten weeks
 
i don't think 250mg test/week is gonna do shit for you... if you have the funds to up it, and can do so now.. do it.. up it to a MINIMUM of 500mg.. and 750mg if you would really like to see decent results..
 
are you bulking? I would do a cutting cycle and lose some bodyfat , cause you have some decent size.In the second pic there seems to be a little more pec definition, It may be the lighting though, whats your diet like?
 
yes my strength has gone up, and I know I need to cut some bodyfat, I was hoping I could lose a little BF while adding a bit of muscle on this first cycle, as far as upping the dose of sust, I agree but I have already planned out this cycle, I will definitely do 500mg week next time, I am waiting on some sust to arrive it should be here in next few days, if it arrives before my next injection I will have enough to up the dose to 500 on this cycle, my question is should I up it for the last 6 weeks or just keep it at what I planned and up it next cycle??

I'd probably save it for next cycle and get some feedback before the next one. Three weeks of winny is also a waste of time, IMHO. I would have run it for six.
 
i have been trying to keep protien intake at 300gms per day and eating mostly complex carbs early in the day, maybe im not getting enough overall calories? i havent been counting calories just protien.
 
definetly start paying attention to you calorie intake, bro. keep it high. chest looks a little puffed out compared to the 1st pic. keep it up, hit a hard diet after your cycle and it all goes up hill from there.

You can notice a little change in the 2 pics. Congrats on the gains so far. I would really iron out that diet to fit your needs. How many cals do you think you get in on avarage per day ? I would keep the carbs at about 100 carbs a day taking them right in the morn and post workout when they are needed. Try to get double your body weight in protein and keep the good fats higher using Flax oil and EFA's. Stay away from sugar except post workout where I like to take in about 30 of them to replenish glycogen levels. If you need any further help you can shoot me an e-mail any time

i guess it's just me, but man you should not be using AS. You need to train and diet for like a year or two, loose the fat and then think about cycling. You look way too out of shape and chubby to be doing any kind of cycling. Steroids are not like taking aspirin you know:D

you think im out of shape now? you should of seen me before i started dieting and doing cardio, i have been lifting for quite some time now just ate like shit and did no cardio. this is me before cardio and diet at the begining of this year
 
There is a definate improvement from the original pic...

..BUT... dude... You would get MUCH better results if you were to go on a Keto Diet (ckd) and lose all of your fat naturally first.

Then once you cut up, get on tha meds.
 
Im with Crum on this one. I would go keto for 2 weeks then a carb up day and so on.

The fat will melt of off you. Then i would hit the AS.
 
I'm no expert at aas but since you are already on hte meds. and you will probably not stop and lose the fat w/ diet alone, maybe you could cycle t3,clen & eca in the middle to end of this cycle. You should lose a good amount of fat and test will help w/ the muscle lose. JMO
 
i do appreciate all the asvice, and i know i did start a little too soon but i will continue to lose fat and be better prepared for next cycle in the spring, i am just hoping to add somew muscle on this cycle and keep it while i try and lose some fat before my next go at this in the spring.
 
I just wanna say that u will not lose bodyfat and gain a significant amount of muscle at the same time, especially with those doses. That is why we have cutting and bulking cycles. I do not know why u chose to do a cycle, as u have no business using AAS considering the shape you are in now. This may seem a little harsh, but it doesn't seem like u have much knowledge of AAS either considering that half-assed cycle u put together. Do yourself a favor and do not touch the sauce again until u are around 12% BF. BTW, what is your post cycle plan for keeping gains, as well as your current diet.

and to all those with negative comments...why just diet when you can diet AND juice? he's defintely further along than he woulda been without the juice so......good job!

dude, don't bother adding the winny you are going to waste it...if you can add it for at least 6 weeks at 50mg/day then yea, go ahead...winny takes 2 weeks to kick in. And yes, i agree with the others, best advice is to go on low carb diet bro. Yea, and That is a very low dose for SuSt. we produce 250mg of test ourselves, so supplementing with test at such a low dose is not a good idea. Good luck on next cycle
