cycle questions

What up dudes I'm gonna start up my second cycle(i've only did one other one in my life) in the next month or so for the winter and i need some advice. I wanna do either sustanon 250, test enanthate 250, or omnadren 250 all @ 500mg/wk. What would be the best to get just fuckin huge? I know they're all pretty much the same shit but what would you guys go w/? I weigh 205 and i'm 6'1". I wanna get up to about 215-225... somewhere in that range. What would you guys prefer? thanks

its all a matter of personal preference. i prefer sust. what did you run last time? getting "fuckin huge" comes down to your diet, aas are not miricale drugs. whats your diet look like?

Test cyp 200mg/wk the first time. Not really on a diet. I eat pretty clean though. I try not to eat much fat and sugar.. I stay on a protein supplement all the time. One or two shakes a day...

Well fat helps raise natural testosterone levels and is definitely necessary if you are going to bulk to get HUGE. If you eat a shit load of carbs to get your calories up, then basically you are eating sugar.

On 4000 calories per day to be in a 40/30/30 balance you need 133.34 grams of fat per day. 400 grams of protein and 300 grams of carbs.

Don't kid yourself into thinking that lifting weights uses all that much glycogen anyway. Anything over 300 grams of carbs and you will look like an absolute balloon.

In any case, you absolutely need to know what you are going to eat for each and every meal and the EXACT calorie breakdown for each. Plus you need to time your carbs to have more pre-workout and post-workout when your body is truly primed to use them.

Think this one out bro. Don't waste the gear because you didn't have a sound diet plan in place.

And FYI, fats are not the enemy that the "nutritional" industry has labeled them to be. Over consumption of carbs and nasty carbs are the culprit. Do some reading on healthy fats and keep your carbs limited to oat meal, black beans, fruit, veggies, etc. No bread, rice, or pasta. That is all garbage....with certain exceptions.

get a proper diet sorted out first before running any aas, trust me you will be more appreciative about aas then

If I had a pound/dollar every time I heard someone say "I eat really well" and then when they post their diet, it is completely rubbish.

Not saying this is you, but for example, protein shakes are not the be all and end all. They are a SUPPLEMENT, not a replacement for real food.

Like the lads have said, steroids do not make you HUGE, good training and diet does.

If you think that taking gear is going to do it for you, I suggest you do more research.
 
Roids do make you huge. They make you huge but only if you eat protiens. if roids didnt make you huge then why does any one take them? How can you explain Ronnie and cutler? I doubt they are that big only due to diet.

You need to follow a sound diet and eat eat eat train train train inject, and sleep sleep sleep. The repeat.
 
Oh yea and they are a miracle drug but they do not work alone. You cant just shoot yourself and not do anything and expect to get huge. i am not saying that s what you are doing just making a point.
