I am starting my 3rd cycle and have a few questions. I am 44, 5'10", 186lb, around 18-20% BF. First 2011 & second 2012 cycle were: 1-12wk: 400mg/wk test c + 1-10wk: 200mg/wk deca d + 1-12wk: 1mg 2x/wk anastrozole. After cycle I went back to my 150mg/wk test c & .5mg 2x/wk anastrozole TRT dose and 1600-1800 calories/day. I am starting my 3rd cycle: 1-12wk: 400mg/wk test c + 1-8wk: 200mg/wk deca d + 1-4wk: 20mg/day dbol (5mg 4x/day) + 1mg 2x/wk anastrozole. My first 2 went well, good gains, a little acne, no gyno and no hail loss. Now that I am adding 20mg/day of dbol I have been reading about hail loss and I would like to prevent as much as possible. The first 2 cycles I tried to consume around 2000-2200 calories a day(200g protein min), low fat good food.
1. What is the best thing for hair loss?
2. Do I need to increase my calories?
3. Would it be better to do 1/2 amount of test & deca on mon & thurs?
