Cycle question

I just got some sust 250 and some deca-300 qv. Want to know how many mgs should i take a week of each?I was thinking 500mgs of sust per week but not sure and also not sure on the deca.Advice would be helpfull. lol

If you're 5'4", 120lbs, and have never lifted, the advice will certainly be a lot different than if you're 6'3", 285lbs, 6%bf and have been lifting since Jesus was a little kid.

Until you post your stats and lifting history, no one can really give you good input on your situation.

Im 25 and have been working out since around 16 years old.I have takin sust before but only 250 a week,i had stacked it but not with deca before.im about 215 and i wanna get up around 230 with good muscle gains.I had good gains on it before but ppl have been telling me to take 500mgs a week with the deca this time.so just wondering if thats a good idea.Also how many mgs should i run with deca 300 qv?

If this is a second cycle, and you don't mind deca shutdown, try 500mg sust, 300mg deca per week.

If I was running a simple sust + something cycle, I'd run it as 500mg sust, 400mg EQ per week for 10-12 weeks. The EQ will give you hard, quality gains which won't disappear after the sust bloat does.

if your looking just for gains i would run the test/deca & kick it off w/ d-bol
week 1-3 30mg's d-bol ED
week 1-10 500 mg's test
week 1-10 400 mg's deca
week 13-15 PCT
this would be a good 2cnd cycl. you could start the deca @ 300 but i usually dont see anything until i get to 400. but that's me

I think mtex has a good cycle there.

The dbols will really make a noticeable kickoff to the cycle, especially if they're nappys or BD pinkys.

Yea i was thinking about the dbols just a little hard to get my hands on them around here.The reason for the sust is b/c it worked awsome the last time i used it and i wanted to gain a little more thats why i wanted to put the deca in.
