Hello...
Here is what I will run and I want to ask your opinions on it.
I want to run
40mcg of IGF-l3r per day (50 days)
100mcg of PEG-MGF bilaterally in the muscle worked out post workout (40 days)
500 IU's of HCG per week week 2-13
Test prop 300 mg a week M/W/F for 10 weeks 70 days
Post Cycle
500 IU of HCG for 3 weeks
70 mg of Clomid
20 mg of Nolvadex
i am 5'10 214 pounds at 12.9 percent body fat
my goal is to be 210 at 8-9 percent at the end of 10 weeks.
I am going to train 4 days of bodybuilding, 3 days of powerlifting.
I am thinking of running The MGF at a higher dosage, but the IGF, id like to keep the dosages low.
