Cycle question...test/primo

Let me start by saying this is my tenth cycle in my life but first in a long time.(4 years)..

Im running 200 mg primo every 4 days and 350mg test mix per week...have done many test cycles in the past along with deca and d bol but this is my first time runnin primo.

Just entered week four and strength seems to be up a little but no wait gain watsoever...My goal 4 this cycle is a lean mass gain and i can tell my bodyfat has def. dropped a bit but still at same weight...

Are doses too small??or am i just being impatient??Any advice or criticizm is welcomed as long as its constructive lol.....Thanx in advance

Primo results/effects what ever are not fat by any means bro. And even in week 4 you are not peaked out for test ether. weeks 6 threw 12 will be the best. What kind of diet you rolling with for this cycle?

Damn that was quick!!always on point needto....I know its not a fat burner but ive been watching my diet cuz in the past i blew up on test..
Break-3 eggs 4 whites 2 slices wheat, and some fruit
pre w.o.-protein shake, caffeine, banana
post w.o- 2 scoops whey, 20 oz gatorade, multi vit., flax oil
1 hr post w.o-chicken or fish w/veggies and often brown rice
snack protein shake and apple or banana
meal-tuna fish or chicken salad on wheat
snack-penut butter sandwich on wheat and/or 1-2 cups cottage cheese

stats-5/7 170lbs not sure b/f % but i can see outline of abs but not prominent.
I also really push myself when training...So much that i switched up my routine to have one week 5-8 reps and next 10 -12 due to joint and wrist pain...this has helped to give joints a break from lifting heavy week after week..
But thats it in a nutshell...Ur probly right about being to early but in the past i saw gains from sust in 3 weeks so i figured id ask....Thanx bros
 
ok take all that and make it simple for me. cals,fat,protein,carbs for the day

Thats all I need to know.

Heres wat i got bro....Fat-80 Cal -2500- 2800 Pro-262 Carbs-270.......This is all give or take(mostly give cuz i eat penuts and fruit randomly throughout the day but its pretty accurate)

Goal was on point about the calories lol...But i get fat pretty easy so thats why i was keeping it there...Should i up the cals????Keep in mind im all about gaining 8 - 10 lbs of quality lean mass if possible and tryin to stay fairly lean...

You should change you macro ratios. Your calories are 28% from fat, get the fat down to 15% and make up the difference by adding protein.
So something like 350 protein, 350 carbs and 60 fat will give you a 3250calories and 42/42/16 ratio whcich should be enough for you to bulk. If still not gaining wight then keep upping the calories while maintaining close to that ratio.
 
IMO priomo should be ran @ 600mgs/wk

I feel u bro...Id like to run it at a gram a week from everything i hear about it but its too fukin expensive...200 every 4-5 days i thought was the best choice for my bank account and not my muscles...im at the point of no return now and would rather do it right so u think i should bumb it up??
 
One thing that gets my attention is you have been running primo for 4 weeks and havent seen much improvement? In my experience if your primo is legit you will fuggin know it. Within two weeks my body had a overall hard and different look. Legit Primo even at 200mg per week you outta be noticing some strength gains and also be rock hard and more vascular. If you can see the outline of your abs then your bf is down enough that primo will be making your veins look great especially after training! Are you sure your gear is legit bro?
 
I'm running primo mast and test cyp. Only 2 weeks in and I'm up 6 lbs so far, but I'm running 600mg a week of primo and 100mg of mast eod. You should just up your protein and carbs, it's almost impossible to gain weight, especially lean mass, if you're not eating enough.
Here's what I ate yesterday just to give you an example:
1. Preworkout shake 50g protien
2. Postworkout shake 50g protien
3. Chicken breast with green beans and rice
4. Chicken breast sandwich
5. Another 50g protien shake wil 2 handfulls of almonds.
6. Some bomb ass japanese food, tuna, cod, yellowtail with rice
7.Chicken breast and brocolli with a glass of skim milk

Everyday is something like this. A couple meals a week I eat like a total fat ass. Like 2 triple bacon cheeseburgers, fries, milkshake type of stuff.
 
I retract my previous statement...I upped my cals a tad but through this fourth week, i think im in love with primo...my strength is through the fukin roof and im solid as hell...maybe it was the extra cals or it just took a bit but either way, im lovin this shit...up 5lbs also...Props to needto 4 recommending this stack to me...No regrets
