Cycle prep

In your opinions what are some of the most important steps to take as preparation to a cycle. More specifically a Test E-only cycle, even more specifically your first cycle?:jenscat

My Opinion:
Train for 10 years
Be above 200lbs ( depends on height)
Be under 15% bf
Be 21+ and Male
Have consistent diet, mostly clean.
Have all of your gear and ancillaries ( and supps) on hand.
Have girls lined up ;)

ouch! realistically though many start earlier. I cant imagine reaching 200 lbs and still wanting to take steroids cosmetically. I believe I am old enough and have enough training and many happy users would agree that they started at nearly the same spot that I am... so besides the conventional wisdom of waiting till you/re older and having everything ready. Are there any supplements I should use, tests to take, or things to do before that initial needle? just recommendations?

AS long as people train for at least 5 years, 10 years would be optimal. I am glad I waited 10 years and I was 225. I am 6'2" so I think that is fine. I only have done 1 cycle and that was over 4 years ago. I need to get ready for my next one!

That is optimal, but most newbies, from what I see, have barely done a year of training. I hope more guys read your post. :)
