cycle plan

hey fellas
i turn 21 in 2 weeks
have been training for about 4 years (consistantly for 2)
i am 124lbs.
roughly 14%b/f (used skin callibers to check)
i am considering a cycle of sust. for 10wks. at 500 mg a wk.
with clen and eca stack for 6wks and clomind post cycle
i want to lean out while puttin lean muscle on.
i do not hav3e a set diet but i do eat clean. roughly 300gm protein, 500gm complex carbs.about 40 g. fats
would greatly appreciate any advice or help offfered!

You're going to need more protein. At 214 you need 428 grams of protein, and 4-5,000 cals. a day, the carbs look okay. Since it is your first cycle I would do just the sust for 8 - 10 wks at 500 mgs/week. You should put on some nice gains if you eat right, it depends on the person some people loose a little BF while on test some don't, most likely you will probably gain some body fat while on, but not a lot. Save the clen/eca stack for post cycle to loose the fat while doing the clomid. Oh by the way those skin calipers suck, they're inaccurate as hell, so I would put your BF at about 18 - 20%
