AI's do not inhibit gains in anyway. This is a myth. It came from the fact that when people first started taking it, they didn't gain as much weight as they did on their last cycle because they did not gain any water weight. In no way, shape or form, will an AI hinder gains. It makes no sense whatsoever how this would even happen. Even if it did, in some weird way hinder any muscle gains, it would be so unnoticeable it should be ignored. I understand estrogen plays a roll in muscle growth, but you don't suppress it completely when taking an AI. As long as you have a normal amount, which you will by taking a normal dose, it shouldn't effect anything.
