Cycle Log: Test / Primo / Dbol

Stats: 6ft 213lbs. 13-14% bf

Goal: lean bulk

Cycle:
Test cyp ( alpha pharma) 500mg 1-16
Primo (PPP labs, Robloics) 600mg 1-16
Dbol (pharma com) 30mg 1-4
Aromisn (ag-guys) 10mg eod 1-16
N2guard 7 caps Ed

Training: I'm using John meadows mountain dog program. Which is a lot of volume. I will be switching to a lower volume program in about a month.

Macros: 320g protein, 500g carbs, 95g fat. ( I worked my way up over the past 2 months)

I'm hoping to do a photo shoot and a physique contest this summer.

I will be getting bloods done around week 6 or 8.

Started yesterday. I pinned 1cc of test and 1cc of primo. (Pips not too bad). 20mgs of dbol before I hit chest/ delts. And then another 10mgs later last night.

Blood pressure taken last night was 126/ 70.

I will pinning: Sunday, Wednesday and Friday.... Bc I can't handle too many cc of primo.

I hit back today with a few sets of biceps. Idk if its in my head but I felt pretty strong today. Maybe it's that dbol kicking in.

So far I hit half of my macros for the day and will get the rest in as the night goes.
 
- drop the test
- Run 1000+ mg of primo
- Bridge the DBol, start at 10mg, work up to 50mg, back down to 10mg, and repeat.

Never come off

That's what Arnold did.. but he didn't "juice" like the guys do now..

- hit legs and HIT cardio. Hurt my knee 3 months ago and I'm slowly adding in exercise back into my routine…..
- overall knee is feel better but I'm still a little while away from a real kick ass leg day.

1/8/14

- today was a off day.
-was at school today signing up for some classes… stressful as fuck!!!!! Spring will be crazy busy…two jobs plus school plus dieting for a photo shoot.
- Blood pressure was 155/85 when i got back from being stressed as fuck from school but i just took it and its now 133/70….
- muscle feel full and hard!!

Got arms and some HIT tmr!!

Test is always good to have.


i hear yea but i think i only got enough primo to do 600mg….

i like ur idea on the Dbol! Have you ever done this before?

I'm feeling like 30mg might be a lot to start with…. maybe i should do 20 mg for a week or so and then build up as I'm very sensitive

Well I hope the primo treats you better than it treated me.

I'd start between 20-30mg and work yourself up to about 50 max. You seem to know what you are doing and will know if too much is too much. I wouldn't run it forever though, 6 weeks max.

Is the show and photo shoot you plan to do after the cycle, or during it?
 
i plan to bulk my ass off till march….cruise for a while then run some tren/mast/test prop for 8 weeks leading up to the show/ shoot.. haven't pick a show yet so this is just some loose plans for now.

4200 calls down today!!!! I'm stuffed 24hrs a day lol….. just step on the scale and it read 220!!!!! lol it is at night though
 
So today my weight was 216.2 lbs. up 3 lbs from Sunday. Looking bigger.

Had great arm workout. Everything pumped up nice.

I feel like ever since I started the dbol my stomach has felt overly stuffed and its like I'm not digesting well. Even though I'm shitting 3 times a day

Anyone else experience this with dbol?????
 
So today my weight was 217.4. I'm up over 5lbs since Sunday.

I hit an extra back workout today and some HIT cardio.

Had a amazing pump!!! And def looking bigger and feeling stronger.

Blood pressure this morning was 133/70. Not bad for the sudden weight gain this week.

My goal is to bake this primo from PPP labs and try to lower the BA.....Bc it hurts like hell and makes me feel like shit!!!!
 
219.8lb today. Up almost 8 lbs in 8 days.

Dbol has got me really bloated.

I'm upping my aromasin dose to ED. To see if that helps

I know the bloat is good but too much def isn't.

Hit back today. Strength is up and the pumps are great.

Plan is to start reducing carbs and cals starting in February and very SLOWLY diet my way down.
