ok folks....was wondering what everyones opinions were about cycles...what works best 18-22week moderate 1000-1300mgs per week......or does the 6-10 weeker of higher mgs.1600-2000mgs a week...i ussually do a 10-12 week cycle in the off season to put on size take 6-8 weeks off and then go into my contest cycle of 12-16 weeks...i have really put on some good lean size this year doing it this way...any constructive critasism would be appriciated...
