I have a friend whose near 6' , around 230-235 lbs. Hes gonna be 21. He wrestled in High school and was extremely strong. College got to him and he gained weight and lost some strength. Hes looking to cut some weight at the same time increasing his strength gains. I know that cardio and diet play a large role in this but what stack or straight up cycle would be good for his goals? Thanks for the info
