Cycle help

Howzit guys...

First up my stats.

1.84m Tall
114kg's

Then to my cycle,

Its been 2 weeks,

dianabol 1-2 weeks 3 tabs a day (Nomad blue ones), 3-5 weeks 4 tabs a day
Oxymythene 1-2 weeks 1 tab a day (Nomad Green ones). 3-4 weeks 2 tabs a day
Deca Fast acting 200mg a week 1-4 weeks, 5-6 weeks 300mgs a week.
Kesser and pregnyl post treatment.

My issue is the gains have been really slow, i have picked up 4kg's and my arms and chest growing.

Could it be my diet?

Which is

Breakfast - Oats with evox mixed in
Lunch - 1 can Tuna with a sweet potatoe
Supper - Chick breast with steamed veggies

Protien shakes before and after workout, also glutamine powder before and after.

Any advice?
 
how old you ?? dont want to sound like ahole but you should've done more research before jumping on a cycle !!! where's the test in ur cycle?? with deca is a must !!!!
you are eating very little and still managed to gained 4 klg ...
 
Hmm. I eat way more then you and i'm only 5'5 and 147lbs, First off get your diet straitened out... For breakfast i have rice mixed with 4 egg whites, along with protein shake, and peanut butter toast. Two hours later i will have another protein shake along with a banana and peanut butter sandwich for the carbs. Then two hours after that i have two cans of tuna, mixed with rice. Two hours after that i have a liquid egg white shake and i throw fruits and vegetables in with it, and i will eat that with a peanut butter sandwich too for the carbs. After my workout i have 2 chicken breast with 2 whole potatoes and i wash it down with a protien shake. 2 hours after that i eat another small meal usually rice mixed with tuna, and i put about two tea spoons of vegy oil in there for extra cal. Then i usually eat a cup or cottage cheese, or another protein shake with another peanut butter sandwich before bed. Like i said i'm way smaller then you man you need to start eating more. I'm 5'5 147lbs and im still a hard gainer with this diet...

If you had done research you will know the Deca is not an ideal first cycle, and anavar is not an idea combo to add with deca,the whole thing stinks,also you're not eating enough.
 
Wow, what an uninformed mess and waste of a cycle this is, well its not even a cycle its just random drugs thrown together with no rhyme or reason.

This has to be one of the worst "first cycles" EVER! You seriously need to do more research and get your diet and training in check because you arent doing ANYTHING correctly at this point!
