Hey guys im looking at doing a cutting cycle. I have done some research but havent posted what i wanted to do anywhere. I have done about 3 cycles mainly being bulking as i wanted to get good size. Im currently doing 500mg deca and 500mg sus ive noticed with this cycle being the biggest i have done so far im getting a bit out of shape i do about 1-2 hours now of cardio per week to try n prevent this but i think im going to have to do a cutting cycle. So far this is what i have found that would suit me plz post your thoughts.
Test Prop eod / and Clen every day 2 weeks on 2 off 8-10 weeks
Can someone help with maybe dosages i will be getting clen in a vial not tablets. Oh and if any1 has a good input on food i should be eating i want to get my diet right befor i start as atm my diet is fucken huge eating like a horse not unhealthy but and i assume that for a cutting cycle you cut back on carbs and meal sizes?... so yeh that would be good.
Oh and just incase any1 is interested put on 10 kgs in 6 weeks off this course so far 4 weeks left but as i mention i am getting a bit bloated
