How long have you been lifting, are you trying to define or bulk? Is the Anavar pharm grade or UG?

It's def UG, and I'm trying to define/bulk, more define though. I've been lifting for about 5 years

2cc of t400, 1cc mon and 1cc thursday
taking 50mgs ed for first 4 weeks.

Not sure how to dose the liquid Armidex.

hmm, i dont think you will need much more than 500 mg of test, at your weight it will be enough. I would run 500 mg of test a week with 50 mg of var ed until its done which will be 7 weeks. You will gain some nice size and if you eat clean you will likely gain more LBM than fat and decrease your body fat % which i think is close to your goals. Whats the dosing on that arimidex?

I agree with the test dose argument.

800 mg test ew is way overkill. I think 400 mg test ew for 8 weeks total is a very good first cycle. Save the rest of the test and all of the var for a second run later.

Never stack compounds on a first run. You don't know how your body'll react to gear yet. If problems arise you can take corrective action quickly with only one compound since youll know what's causing them.

Sorry must've misread ur first post. yes half a cc twice a week is hoiw i'd do it. But if this isn't ur fist by all means stack with the var. A good combo that...

that...? lol How do I dose the Armidex? I always thought it came in tablet form but I was given this. (50mg 5mg/ml ) im not too good with the math and stuff but I figure I need about .5 - 1mg eod? not sure how to divide it down though... lol
