Cycle Help

My stats, 5'8" , 220 lbs age 39 - I just came off of an all oral cycle (dbol and anavar) that a friend put me on. It was my first cycle and it worked out fairly good ( I think). After reading these boards it seems like I should have ben on a better cycle. Can anyone suggest a good cycle for my next, and how long should I wait before starting it ( I have been off of this one for a week now). I was on the cycle above for 8 weeks pyramiding dbol from 20 to 50 mgs and anavar from 30 to 40 mgs over the cycle.

time on = time off is a general rule so you have a few more weeks to wait.

As for a better cycle, what are your goals, looking to bulk or cut?

take a other 3-5 weeks off...well you took d-bol in your last cycle os i say no d-bol in this cycle.....take test at 600-1000mgs for 10 weeks...deca at 400-600mgs for 10-12 weeks or take eq if not deca...eq at 400-600mgs for 12 weeks....those two well be good...and i say add some fina in there at the last 4-6 weeks take it everyday..75-150mgs is good...take stuff for the liver and kidneys...well more for the kidneys if you take fina...

example of the cycle....make any changes you want like dose weeks ect.......

test for 8-10weeks
fina at the last 4-6 weeks
eq for 12-14 weeks
or take deca for 10-12 weeks

test susp for the first 4-5 weeks 100mgs ed OR test prop at 100mgs eod for 4-5 weeks
with fina at the last 4-6 weeks
deca or eq for 12 weeks

or this test and fina....test at 1000mgs fina at the last 4-6 weeks

Yeah, what that ultra-dude said. Even though he's no moderator, that's some pretty good advice.

I would be tempted to start at the lower range of his suggestions, especially the deca. The eq you could go to 600mg/week.
