hey guy's, new here to the forum. i have a question on what would
the best way to cycle some gear that i bought. went and got some duo-test 250 from vetabolics labs and their deca and d-bol. been on this stuff for a week and a half and it's definately working. the test has got 150mg of cypionate and 100mg of propionate in it. the deca is 200mg and the d-bol is 25mg. i'm currently doing one of each a week. is that enough or should i do more? this is my second cycle. just fyi. i have 5 bottles of the test, 4 of the
deca, and 100 of the d-bol. current stats 31, 5'10", 200lbs, 7-8%bf. i've been training steady for 8 years now. i ususally get about 225gm of protein a day, but i eat tons go grilled foods. my goal is to gain 20lbs of lean mass.
