my first cycle is 250mg test en. 2ce wk. my goal is to gain bulk, of course. but from what i read it may not be enough. maybee it is to start with but i want more. wrong or not? of course i want to gain the strength with the bulk and to keep the gains durring pct ( nolva). what should i be lookin at addin to or stikin with on first cycle?

height; 6'
wght; 185
est bf; 15% +
diet; beef-chicken-salmon-tuna-vegies-water-fruits-pasta-
goals; bulk, to keep gains-steady bulk,
proposed cycle; 250mg test e 2ce wk
pct; nolva tabs
ok i know i forgot all the info on original post so here goes.
aas.
test enanthate 250mg(2ce wk) - thinking of using sustanon 250mg- or deca 300mg
pct
nolva on hand durring and pct
needles
21g draw
23g stick
liver protect
milk thistle
diet as above
training
5-6 days week
8-10 sets per body part now. need advice for durring cycle
will this work or do i need to fine tune more. need advice.

thats a little better! but still OFF AND ON for 18 months... i dont kno, are you going to be serious for 10 -12 week then slowly go back to this off and on training because if that happens, then u are wasting money because you'll be big for a few weeks then slowly dwindle back down to your size now.
but if u are serious.. go for 500 mgs test ( E , cyp, sust) 250 mgs 2 times a week. and if u do this yuo would need some hcg for pct.

I concure Dr. Sweed......bro how about you start training SERIOUSELY for hmm lets say ON/ONfor 2years and then consider ASS.

my off and on is intense to light. and i put 250mg 2c3 wk. i should have put 500mg wk (250MG 2CE WK ).and yes i am more than serious about this. i followed the previous workout with no gains. i know now i should have not been going from intense to light, but hind sight is 20/20. i want to move on to the next step. thanks for the help
