I am 37 yrs old an have been training for years.I am 6'0 and 218lbs. I have been eating very clean lower carbs and 1 gram protein per pound of body weight. Chicken, fish, salads, eggs and egg white liquids. I have done test/dbol /deca on 2 occasions and want an cycle that will yield the best lean mass gains along with vascularity to accompany the clean the diet which I forgot to mention is roughly 2500 calories a day. Any ideas will be appreciated as this is my first time to these forums.
