I am 37 yrs old an have been training for years.I am 6'0 and 218lbs. I have been eating very clean lower carbs and 1 gram protein per pound of body weight. Chicken, fish, salads, eggs and egg white liquids. I have done test/dbol /deca on 2 occasions and want an cycle that will yield the best lean mass gains along with vascularity to accompany the clean the diet which I forgot to mention is roughly 2500 calories a day. Any ideas will be appreciated as this is my first time to these forums.
 
Any help is appreciated guys. I took some mistrusted advice in the past on AAS use and wasted my money. Just wanna do it right and continue to do it and maximize my results. As I said I am new here, but had this site recommended to me!
 
I train 6 days a week.

(Day1) Quads
(Day2) Chest/core
(Day3) Back
(Day4) shoulders/core
(Day5) hams/calve
(Day6) bis/tris
 
I'm sure you want to avoid anything that will bloat you massively so I suggest a tbol/ test e cycle.. you might bloat a bit with test e but its a good start and should yield some nice gains

Are you sure about the 2500 calories a day?
 
I play hockey 2 nights a week during the winter......that is my cardio. I can cut back the calories if I have to. Any ideas on a cycle?

I am 6"2 225lbs 12% bf. Cutting now, no cycle yet but planning a testp/masteron/trena . 100/75/50 Eod. Weeks 1-6. Test and mast till week 10. .25 caber eod and either dex or aromasin. Of course the proper pct.

My diet 2180 kcals 50% protein,40%fats, 10% carbs cycling every 4 days. I run 5 to 7 miles 6x a week. So far it is working. Losing 1to 1 1/2 lbs a week.

I can get my hands on profina 100mg prop 100mg trena per ml and maybe throw in some var.....just looking at a source list.

1-8 anavar 60-80mg daily
1-8 proviron 50-7mg daily
1-8 aromasin 12mg eod
1-8 n2 guard
4-8 hcgenerate
8-12 pct

For a guy your size 2500 calories a day is not going to get you the lean mass you want....changing your diet would probably do wamders...

What's your diet like?
 
Test cyp 400-600mg per week 12-14 weeks
Mastron 400-600mg per week 12-14 weeks
And if you like a low tren 200-300mg per week 12 weeks
The tren is pretty advanced you could swap that with anavar but for the last 8 weeks at 50mg per day.
I would also get some aromisin 12mg eod over adex.
Then get a good pct.

Are you suggesting more or less in terms of calories. Diet is very clean. Fish, chicken, steak, brown rice and salads.

Way more....you're a big guy and you're going on, it's easier to cut the calories back if necessary...

Was thinking about test e for 10 weeks at 500mg/wk. Have heard tbol gives terrible pumps so maybe 30mg a day of dbol for first 4 weeks to get started. I bumped my calories up to 3000 what do you think. I know cutting is all diet!

4T gave you prob the best cycle set up, and yes dude more clean calories absolutely you have to feed your muscles, I play hockey as well and that burns a ton of calories. I'm 6'4 230 right now I'm around 4000 calories a day off cycle
 
Well Im a big fan of EQ if you havent tried it for lean gains.

Week 1-18 Test E/C 500mg/wk
Week 1-16 EQ 400mg/wk
Week 1-6 Tbol 30mg/day
Week 13-18 Winstrol 50mg/day
PCT- read the sticky or whatever 4T said above
Taurine- 10 grams/day for the bad pumps and a gallon water daily
Calories at 3500 day with protein at least 1.5 grams per pounds bodyweight.

Dbol is known for terrible pumps also bro
