yeah.....some of the amps are a little more full than others

some i have gotten a full ml out of them, but most like i said is about 7/8

going to try Eth next time and see if i like single esters better than the combo like Omnas
 
What are you eating in those 5 meals each day? I would concentrate on calorie consumption. Try 4,000 calories a day, I'm sure you can make good gains with that before trying AAS. I'm not saying you shouldn't do it, but like Brandonp005 said, reach your natural plateau first.

When I started lifting I weighed 115, and I went to 205 naturally before I tried anything. Believe me, it can be done!! The secret is FOOD and HEAVY, HARD training.
 
i just cant put the wieght on guys...eat like a animal...but not shitty. i train very very hard...im a very lean 180...cant guess bidy fat but im lean. the sust is 250...enethate is 200.....prop...100....want to throw the anadrol in to help get to were i want to be. this is my third cycle...prevouse two invoved about 3 months of test and deca twice a week....i need help as you can see....thanks everyone
 
I'm sure you eat like an animal, but what is your daily calorie intake?

I made really big gains when I added Prolab N-Large to my diet. A couple shakes a day will give you an extra 2,000 calories. It takes time, but sometimes you just need to force feed yourself. That's what I had to do to get 5,000 calories a day. If you're trying to put on weight, the calories don't have to be totally clean. Putting on weight is the key. Add the calories, your weight goes up, you can lift heavier and put on muscle. You'll put on some fat too, but the goal is to get bigger. You can always lose the fat.
 
10 weeks of Sust @ 500mg/wk
4 weeks of Anadrol @ 50-100mg/ED

i still think that you should reconsider first and try to tweak your diet a bit first, cause bro if you have did 2 cycles before and your diet is supposively in check you should be over 180 by now, especially if the other 2 cycles were bulkers...i can understand if you have been cutting or something

bro here nailed it man...when i started i was about where you are 180 and the thought of 200 was very daunting to say the least but through trial and error i got there and im quite sure you can too it just takes time, what we do is a time encompassing thing and we have nothing but time to get to our long term goals whatever they may be...you should take advantage of time and use it to your advantage because if you get too big too fast its going to be that much harder to hold onto if your diet experience is lacking.....i too ask that you wait and try this naturally through a better diet and i saw you mentioned you eat 5 times a day on top of shakes, i myself felt my diet to get ALOT better when i took the majority of shakes out of it and replaced them with whole foods...you need to experiment with things and constantly tweak things to where they work better for you.......good luck no matter what you do
