low/medium dose of test is perfect for the beginner....and hell with a good diet and workout plan you can achieve great results........i'm up 16lbs on Omanas only @ 500mg/wk (actual dosage is probably only around 400 though, because by the time i draw, i'm only getting about 7/8's of a ml and taking in the fact that its probably not a full 250mg/ml potentcy)
are you accounting for whats up in the needle and reservoir
