cycle help please

hi...im 27 years old...looking to bulk. i get about five meals in a day not including shakes. im 5'10, 180..would like to hit the 200 mark. this is what i have...
100 anadrol
30 susts
2 bottles enethate
2 bottles propinate...
what would be the best way to take to get size? any help would be appreciated....thanks

how long have ya been lifting CONSISTENTLY and whats the bodyfat estimate at....

and we need more info on your gear. what dose is each one and how many ml are in each bottle.
 
yeah bro, this your first cycle? wouldn't advise anadrol for someone who is just getting started........don't juice until you plataeu natural......up your calorie intake to gain weight

if you do hit the sauce and its your first time........go with something simple

10 weeks of Test Eth. @ 500mg/wk........see how your body reacts

yeah, atleast hit 190 but uping the cals
most though are going to hit the sauce no matter if they are ready or not just because of being anxious and thinking that the drug alone will cause them to get big and strong (thats mythes for ya)

oh no i agree exactly with what you wrote....test only 400-500mg max for a first.......
 
maybe even jump start with the Prop for about the first 3 weeks

shoot about 100mg/EOD cause it will take about 4 weeks before the Eth starts kicking in good

you could do that but for a newb id stick to just the enanthate based on the amount of injections and them being new to them...less chance to develop an infection and seeing a thread like "HOLY FUCKING SHIT I HAVE A LUMP THATS RED CAN I DRINK WINNY TO GET RID OF IT"

yeah, got a point there

low/medium dose of test is perfect for the beginner....and hell with a good diet and workout plan you can achieve great results........i'm up 16lbs on Omanas only @ 500mg/wk (actual dosage is probably only around 400 though, because by the time i draw, i'm only getting about 7/8's of a ml and taking in the fact that its probably not a full 250mg/ml potentcy)

are you accounting for whats up in the needle and reservoir
 
yeah.....some of the amps are a little more full than others

some i have gotten a full ml out of them, but most like i said is about 7/8

ehhh these things are so cheap thats still not bad..... :)
 
yeah, it had a good hook up with them

going to try Eth next time and see if i like single esters better than the combo like Omnas
 
What are you eating in those 5 meals each day? I would concentrate on calorie consumption. Try 4,000 calories a day, I'm sure you can make good gains with that before trying AAS. I'm not saying you shouldn't do it, but like Brandonp005 said, reach your natural plateau first.

When I started lifting I weighed 115, and I went to 205 naturally before I tried anything. Believe me, it can be done!! The secret is FOOD and HEAVY, HARD training.
 
i just cant put the wieght on guys...eat like a animal...but not shitty. i train very very hard...im a very lean 180...cant guess bidy fat but im lean. the sust is 250...enethate is 200.....prop...100....want to throw the anadrol in to help get to were i want to be. this is my third cycle...prevouse two invoved about 3 months of test and deca twice a week....i need help as you can see....thanks everyone
 
I'm sure you eat like an animal, but what is your daily calorie intake?

I made really big gains when I added Prolab N-Large to my diet. A couple shakes a day will give you an extra 2,000 calories. It takes time, but sometimes you just need to force feed yourself. That's what I had to do to get 5,000 calories a day. If you're trying to put on weight, the calories don't have to be totally clean. Putting on weight is the key. Add the calories, your weight goes up, you can lift heavier and put on muscle. You'll put on some fat too, but the goal is to get bigger. You can always lose the fat.

4 weeks of Anadrol @ 50-100mg/ED

i still think that you should reconsider first and try to tweak your diet a bit first, cause bro if you have did 2 cycles before and your diet is supposively in check you should be over 180 by now, especially if the other 2 cycles were bulkers...i can understand if you have been cutting or something

bro here nailed it man...when i started i was about where you are 180 and the thought of 200 was very daunting to say the least but through trial and error i got there and im quite sure you can too it just takes time, what we do is a time encompassing thing and we have nothing but time to get to our long term goals whatever they may be...you should take advantage of time and use it to your advantage because if you get too big too fast its going to be that much harder to hold onto if your diet experience is lacking.....i too ask that you wait and try this naturally through a better diet and i saw you mentioned you eat 5 times a day on top of shakes, i myself felt my diet to get ALOT better when i took the majority of shakes out of it and replaced them with whole foods...you need to experiment with things and constantly tweak things to where they work better for you.......good luck no matter what you do
