Cycle Help please.

Getting ready for next cycle. Currently weighing 210. Been eating clean and doing cardio for past couple of months to shed a bit of fat before this cycle.
Goals: gain as much mass possible while staying fairly lean.
Getting 15 vials(200mg ea) of Deca(Norma) and 300 russian D-bol tabs. Also have some clen leftover and thinking of running it post cycle along with Clomid.

Have done Drol, Test, Tren and Deca before without gyno so I'm not concerned about it. Can get Nolva if needed.

I've never done D-bol before and I'm wondering what would be the best way to stack these 2 items for best results. Was planning on running the deca at 400mg/wk.

Should I start the D-bol before the deca and end it sooner?
Help Please.
 
I would do an 8 weeker as follows:

weeks 1-7 deca 400mg/week
week 8 deca 200mg/week
weeks 1-6 d-bol 30mg ed (assuming your 300 tabs are 5mg each)

start the d-bol with your first injection.

Sounds good. The only thing i'm wondering about is starting at 30mg D-bol/day. What about starting at 15mg/day since i've never taken it and work up to whatever i can stand...I don't know, maybe starting at 30 is good. I'm just wondering if i could get the same results with a lesser amount???
Anyone with input?
 
You should be fine. My first ever cycle was deca/dbol and i used 40mg/day d-bol right from the start.

The reason for it is to give you a kick start while the deca gets to work.

You have to remember that the deca doesn't really get going until about week 3.

I've read plenty of articles and posts which say tapering is pointless.

What kind of results did you get from that cycle. I know it was your first but still would be interesting. What are your stats?
 
It was a 6 weeker - deca 200mg/week d-bol 40mg ed

anyway I'm 6' and was about 180 to start with and gained about 5-6 lbs on the cycle, diet wasn't really up to scratch back then though.

I've done one bulker since that and i'm on a cutter at the moment. I'm currently 195lbs and pretty lean.

Yes working your way up from a low dose would the smart move, see how you react to it.
 
How did your body respond to the deca you ran in the past? Did you run it alone, or w/ test. Personally, I'm not going to touch the stuff...my libido is more important than muscles.

5mgs each day would be too rapid a progression IMO. I would use 15mgs week one, 20mgs week 2, and so on. You'll then know how much Dianabol you can handle and won't have to do this again next time.
This may be alittle too conservative for some. But I for one can't use over 25mgs/ED. The pumps are crippling.
 
I would start at 20 mgs. dbol, then 25, then 30 (going up in weekly increments as genarr stated) if you are worried about how you may respond to it. Otherwise, just start at 20/25/30 and run it throughout. You shouldnt have to go any higher than that if you are using good dbol that is accurately dosed.
