Cycle Help for the experienced.....

I am planning to start another cycle. This being my 4th. I have added everything from my stats to prior cycle history. Could some professionals please give me some advice for my next cycle. My overall goal is to have more mass, but a nice chiseled look. Will I need to break it into a mass cycle followed by a cutting cycle to achieve this? My goal is to be about 190-195 and cut. Please give me advice on both.

Should I add d-bol? Switch from Test En. to Sust.? any advice is welcome!



My stats: I`m 29yrs old. 5`10" - Currently 172lbs.
Started working out regularly 5 years ago at the weight of 125lbs. (yes I was VERY skinny) The heaviest I have been is 182lbs.



cycle history:
1. My very first cycle consisted of 1cc deca 300 with 1cc test enanthate 250. I only ran this cycle for 4 weeks due to an injury and still had great gains. 15lbs gain which I was VERY surprised in soo little time.

2. My second cycle was the same 1cc deca 300 1 cc test en. for 8 weeks. I had great stength and gained about 12lbs overall.

3. My 3rd cycle was 1cc deca 300 with 2cc test en. (500) for 10 weeks. I broke up the dosage with 2 shots weekly. I was not very happy with this cyle and only gained around 10lbs. My strength was noticably stronger, but the gains and mass were not were I thought they should be.

* I drink muscle milk daily (at least twice a day), and sometimes use NO-Explode before my workouts for that surge of energy.

try 500mgs test/week, 600 mgs deca/week for 10 weeks....maybe finish with winstrol at 50 mgs /ed weeks 11-14...and if you really wanted to go the extra mile try 20-30 mgs dbol weeks 1-4...id try test cyp this time around to switch it up, personally i love the stuff...just make sure your pct is all in place as well, good luck

deca 600 a week 1-12 weeks
tbol 1-4 50mg ed.
i'm also a hardgainer, deca is the shit for me, can't wait to hit again in july
 
test cyp, enanthate, sust its all the same use whatever you can get cheaper. I've used organon sust, Testex elmu cypionate, and brovel and qv enanthate and honestly other than the brovel enanthate giving me mad acne they were all interchangable as far as effectiveness... i would go with whichever test you can get cheapest.
 
I can definately get Test En. cheaper than Sust.

So basically I should just keep my same cycle, just up the dosage of deca with maybe adding dbol or winstrol?
 
Since you ran deca at 300 and test at 250 the first two times, if you didn't have any libido problems from that you should be fine with the deca slightly higher than test. I'd go with what the others said... 1-10, 500test/600deca. 1-4, 20-30mg/day dbol. 8-12, 30-50mg/day of winny or tbol. Test enth or cyp, they are definitely much cheaper than sust. Start PCT the day after winny or tbol stops. That cycle will add solid mass and good strength, winny or tbol at the end will let you harden up and drop water-weight before coming off. I like that cycle :)

looks good to me, although I'd throw the tbol in at the end also while I'm waiting to start pct.

I don't see the need to bulk, then cut. Just eat clean and there won't be much of a fat problem at the end of the cycle. You will however need to do more than one cycle because I doubt you are going to get 20lbs of lean muscle from any more cycles.

I agree with previous posts although test should be run at 750mg's if you've cycled previously doubt you will gain on 500mg's cycle after cycle. I beleive thats why you were dissappointed in your last cycle if diet, sleep, and routines we inline you just were too low on dose. My opinion do what your most comfortable with but if you've cycled 3 times and going on your fourth 500mg's is a maintenace or cutting dose not one to grow much on.

Agreed! That's a very drastic change for your fourth cycle. I wouldn't focus too much on numbers, eat clean and kill it in the gym and good things will happen.
