I am planning to start another cycle. This being my 4th. I have added everything from my stats to prior cycle history. Could some professionals please give me some advice for my next cycle. My overall goal is to have more mass, but a nice chiseled look. Will I need to break it into a mass cycle followed by a cutting cycle to achieve this? My goal is to be about 190-195 and cut. Please give me advice on both.
Should I add d-bol? Switch from Test En. to Sust.? any advice is welcome!
My stats: I`m 29yrs old. 5`10" - Currently 172lbs.
Started working out regularly 5 years ago at the weight of 125lbs. (yes I was VERY skinny) The heaviest I have been is 182lbs.
cycle history:
1. My very first cycle consisted of 1cc deca 300 with 1cc test enanthate 250. I only ran this cycle for 4 weeks due to an injury and still had great gains. 15lbs gain which I was VERY surprised in soo little time.
2. My second cycle was the same 1cc deca 300 1 cc test en. for 8 weeks. I had great stength and gained about 12lbs overall.
3. My 3rd cycle was 1cc deca 300 with 2cc test en. (500) for 10 weeks. I broke up the dosage with 2 shots weekly. I was not very happy with this cyle and only gained around 10lbs. My strength was noticably stronger, but the gains and mass were not were I thought they should be.
* I drink muscle milk daily (at least twice a day), and sometimes use NO-Explode before my workouts for that surge of energy.
