This is almost a photocopy of my current cycle. I'm in week 7, and liking it a lot. Its a good, cheap, feelgood cycle which has been a total joy.
Tbol is a great kickstart choice. 50mg per day was also the dose I ran (for 3 weeks). I spread the dose out throughout the day - breakfast, lunch, home from work, pre-workout, and just before bed. I was sad to stop the Turinabol after 3 weeks, I really like it, and gained 13lb of dry bulk. I had no sides, no aches and pains, and worked out every day. Recovery between one workout and the next day's was amazing. It made me crave thick steaks washed down with whey shakes, but not carbs.
I've found this previously with Tbol. No matter how much protein I consume, 50mg of turinabol a day makes it stick to me. It's good for bulk, but not so much for strength gains. When the test kicked in, my strength went through the roof, but I had to warm up slower compared to when I was still taking the Tbol. There is no worry of water bloat or gyno with Turinabol, but it's not as dry and vascular as, say, winstrol. You just sort of stay the same.
The only difference is that I'm using 250ius of hcg twice a week, to keep my balls alive and make PCT quicker and easier. It's another 2 injections, but I don't count them. They are tiny (0.25ml of water), and just under the skin, rather than intramuscular. I just grab a bit of skin on my belly and pop the needle through.
I'm also using proviron (25mg per day - most days, but not all). 500mg of test enanthate or cypionate a week gives a little estrogen and water weight, but not too much. I was at my maximum weight at week 5 (19lb gain!, but I was very thin for me from partying too much), and since then, I feel like the water is being replaced with muscle fibre, and my weight is remaining the same.
Proviron almost eliminates the estrogen and water from 500mg of test, makes the test more effective, and gives me the raging horn.
I think my PCT will be just Nolva (20mg the first week, then 10mg for 2 more weeks). I will probably just supplement with creatine (ethyl ester) during PCT, and do my best to keep working out most days.
The only trouble I experienced was at the end of week 5, when I felt tired and achey, had to stop my workouts, and couldn't sleep for the tension and pain in all my leg muscles. On a hunch, I took a standard dose of ZMA, and felt better within an hour. I must have exhausted my zinc supply through repairing so many muscle cells. (And jizzing more than normal). Zinc deficiency is the most common one for hard-training athletes (especially men, as we lose a load of it everytime we ejaculate). If you hit a wall for no reason, keep it in mind.
I always have a hot bath after injecting test, I feel I'm less likely to have an injection ache in my bum the next day. Last night, I realised that my shoulders are now too wide for me to be able to lie down in my bath. Mrs Zorrin is all over me. She took a naked photo of me on her i-phone, and keeps showing it to her friends. I'm 43, have been working out since I was 21, and suddenly have my best body ever.
At the end of my last cycle, my body looked like Brad Pitt's in "Fight Club". I'm expecting it to look like Brad Pitt in "Troy" in a few more weeks.
Well, i can always dream. I keep looking at my wife's i-phone and thinking "is that really me?". I wish it was sunbathing weather, rather than a freezing english winter.
