This question might be geared more towards the powerlifters and anyone else mainly concerned with strength gains. I was wondering how much stregnth did you guy's gain on your Squat, bench, and/or deadlift after doing a cycle? along with how much of the gains you kept afterwards? I would prefer if people with cycles that ran for about 8-14 week respond, becuase i don't think i would ever run a cycle much longer than that my self.
