Cycle for runners?

I've been reading this form for a while but didn't want to post 'cause I was way to cherry. I'm in the Military Special Operations (I’m not going to say which for obvious reasons) and I have to stay very fit.

I tried gear with the advice of a friend who I now realize didn't know much. He put me on a 400ml per week of Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - for 14 weeks, and clomid for 10 days. I had good gains, and I like what I saw, but I know that so much more is possible. After spending some time researching here, reading what you guys say, I see there is so much to know.

So here is my question. I need to be able to run...quite a bit, and I want to see improvements in that area, but I also want to have gains. Dropping some weight is a plus also. So is there a cycle that can improve my endurance and give me strength so I can go bust some heads in the desert? Or is it not possible to have your cake and eat it too? If so which direction should I head?

Damn man, deca by itself, can you get it up now. Anyways with your situation i would recommend some test enanthate and some eq. weekly injects make the cycle easy.
 
I agree, EQ and Test is perfect for us runner/head buster types.

Crack some heads for me when you get over there bro.
 
no juice is good forrunners i believe, except maybe a light dose of eq. shin pumps running excruciating, if not downright impossible. the latter being more likley

If your just looking for a little mental & physical edge, and want to drop a couple lbs of fat while helping endurance & strength….Dermacrine would probably be ideal for you.

Plus, its legal.

it is opposite of that, you actually get more red blood cells sooo that increase oxygen transport, so workouts are freakin awesome .. tren is when you are out of breath from getting out of bed
 
for running i would use anavar only, don't wanna gain too much weight if your gonna be endurance running, or running with a bunch of gear attached to your back-it will give you strength gains, endurance and not alot of dead weight..and anavar reduces body fat...and it's oral so you won't have to worry about getting busted with needles since your military..

Well, in the military you really don't have a choice if you can run or not. It is a daily thing. I remember when I was in it was hard for me to put any weight on because we ran on an average of 3-5 miles a day. 5 days a week! It sucked, but what was good about it was that I could pretty much eat anything and never get fat! Oh the glory days!
 
sorry if that came off kinda harsh, but i stick to my point. i used to run in my 20s and got too skinny. serious runners do NOT have a physique most guys want...all emaciated looking.

Exactly!

Sides from Test/EQ could possibly make it extremely hard to run any distance! Shin, lower back... Many areas could negatively effect running.

300mg/week of Eq added to my Test E made a HUGE difference with my cardio endurance............

It was simply amazing......
 
Wrong. I am running Testosterone Enanthate 250mg monday/thursday and boldenone undecylenate 400mg mondays. You will get some calf pumps initially....but is subsides in about 5 weeks. It isn't unbearable but almost feels like lactic acid buildup. Nothing that you can't just push past. I am up 15 pounds in 8 weeks and was logging 30miles per...but now down to 20 miles per week. Up from 185 to 200 on the nose. Also am running while putting down 4500 cals per day and if you think it is easy to run on that full of a stomach give it a shot.

10k time before 55:43 - now 49.37.
5k time before 24:25 - now 21.11.

Bench before 245 5 reps - now 275 5 reps.

Keep your potassium/magnesium/zinc up. If you feel the pumps are too much of a nuisance then 2g of taurine per day helps.

If you think that gear can't help a long distance runner then I guess the whole theory of strength, endurance, and recovery while on only helps a lifter.

Also if you are increasing your strength more than what would be obtained from just a pound for pound increase, then you are coming out ahead. And all gear increases RBC's. You can recover quicker which means your 5 miles the day after a 5 mile run is just a little bit easier than it would be on more tired legs.

They give steroids to horses to improve muscle mass, strength and endurance not so they can go into the gym and squat 600 pounds. I know it is considered a sprint, but 1 mile and a quarter full out is also about endurance. I doubt the horses get painful pumps.

If you are not worried about clocking a world record 5k in 13 minutes or something or breaking a 4 minute mile, then carrying extra weight in the form of muscle ain't gonna hurt you. Kick some ass for me brother!

First of all, thanks for all the help.

I think I'm gonna try the 300mg/week of Equipoise with testosterone enanthate. Is there anything else I should run that with? And for how long? As far as the being a skinny fucker thing, I'm not too worried about that, we hit the weights a lot, and I'm pretty big (6'2" 220lbs lean) we gotta stay strong.

I'm not a marathon runner or anything, but that's a way of life. And it helps to not get tired while the bad guys do.
Strength is key, but I just don't want to slow down. I'm not looking to compete in any contest, I just want to get a big ass edge on the competition, cause they are either my buddies trying to out do me, or insurgents trying to kill me.
And as far as the deca dick thing goes, I had no problem, maybe I'm just lucky... or a stud.

Sounds like you are getting all the weight you need from just pumping iron. If you just want to increase your endurance/ performance to a peak level, have you tried Optygen??
 
I was thinking of running winni with this but I don't want to deal with joint pain. Is it a good Idea to use Clenbuterol with it to shread some pounds? how about Arimidex or both, would that be unessesary, or dangerous?

Great post, I totally agree.

I'm starting Test E and EQ on Monday and I'm hoping to do what your doing (increase strength, speed and endurance simultaneously).
