I've been weight training off and on for 7 years, meaning I"ll go for like 8 months straight, than take a month or 2 off, than repeat.
I've tried diet, but I find it extremely hard, I guess it's why im looking towards supplements, i mean, lI don't find it hard avoiding junk food and all that stuff. I just hate any diet i've ever had laid out for me cause it's been the same food everyday, I can't eat the same meals, everyday, forever lol
I've taken many different supplements, I took DCP and I didn't really like it, had to take waaaay too many of them and i could taste like mustard or something al lthe time. I liked Need2slin, but I want something that just straight targets body fat cause i have some excess chub I could lose.
