cycle for getting cut up

i am 19 yrs old and weigh about 200 lbs/5.10. this will be my second cycle and i am trying to go on one that will cut me up. my cardio and diet are pretty good along with my workouts. plz give me some cycle info on what to take and how i should take it. thx alot

I've heard that Clenbuterol is good for cutting.

You have no business going near any kind of aas at your age.Stay away and lear about your body,training and foods to eat and wait a few years before you really fuck your self up.

That's not true, it's completely individual. Not everyone is YOU, different people started training and dieting at different ages. I started going to the gym and lifting with my dad when I was 10. By the time I was 19 I had more diet and training experience than most "guru" steroid users on this board, and had also stopped growing in height. So seriously, drop this self ritcheous bullshit and anwser the fucking question!

hes not being self righteous bro..at 19 your natty test production is running high if you cant make gains now you most likely are on the wrong diet/training program and adding gear would be a waste in that situation
 
Stay natural for a few more years, trust us on this. You are pumping out lots of test naturally right now. Go to the diet board and post questions about cutting there.
 
Did any of you guys who bashed him for being too young even notice that you're too late? He said this would be his SECOND cycle... he's already done one, it's too late to tell him to wait. I agree that most guys at 19 probably aren't experienced enough for gear, but how can you judge everyone by your own flawed standards? Even if he is too young, and doesn't know what he's doing, he'll probably do it anyway. The least you could do is try to point him in the right direction instead of just insulting him. That being said, cutting is mostly about diet/cardio. Cardio in the am on an empty stomach, high protein, lower carbs. Almost anything will help you maintain muscle while you cut, but popular choices are things like test prop, eq, winny, fina. Personally I like EQ/winny to cut with, most will tell you to add at least a maintenance amount of test to any cycle, but that's not required. Do more research on cutting cycles, formulate an idea of what you want to do, then check back for some feedback on it bro. I'm trying to follow my own sermon and not just insult you, but if you don't even have an idea of what you want to do for a cutting cycle you probably need to step back and research for a while before you consider starting another cycle. Oh, and make sure you know what PCT is :)

yes and i dont think anyone bashed him..gym simply stated fact..and just because hes done a cycle already doesnt make it right to continue..ultimately the choice is his
