Ok, I have done about 6 cycles over the past 3 years and have made some very decent gains as far as size and strength. Coming off a gyno surgery 3 mos ago as well. I am 6'1 260lbs and about 14 - 15% BF. This is intended to be a bulking cycle and wanted to know if it could be rearranged a better way to be more effective.
Now I have this:
30ml test cypionate 200mg/ml
20ml deca 200mg/ml
500 5mg tabs bd winstrol
20 amps omnadren 250 jelfas
50 50mg tabs nolva
15000 iu hcg
and 30 50mg tabs clomid
I am thinking this:
week 1-10 500mg omnadren (2 amps)
week 1-10 400mg cypionate
week 1-10 400mg deca
week 6-10 50mg winstrol ed
of course pct started immediately after last injections consisting of clomid per day, nolva per day, and hgc for 3 weeks 3x 1000iu per inject
is there a better way to set this up? Also diet is kickin ass with 4 chicken boobs per day @ 34g prot each, 2 steaks (new york strips) per day and oatmeal in the mornings and 1.5 gallons of water a day and 3x 50g isopure shakes per day, spinach and broccoli as well throughout the day all devided into 6 or 7 meals throughout the day.
