Guys--

Currently 5'9, 207, approx. 13% bf. My goals are add some strength, hardness, and 5-10 lbs of keepable lbm while hopefully dropping bf into single digits. I plan on eating between 2500-3000 clean calories a day, along with empty-stomach cardio sessions 4-5 times a week. My proposed cycle:

Test Prop, Weeks 1-8, 100mg eod
Equipose, Weeks 1-12, 500mg/week
Winstrol, Weeks 5-12, 75mg/ed
Liquidex, Weeks 1-12, .5mg/ed

With appropriate clomid therapy at the end, and running clen throughout on a 2 on, 2 off basis.

All input greatly appreciated.
 
looks good bro... you may want to repost this tonight or tomorrow. hopefully everything will be somewhat back to normal...
 
I agree on the liquidex, but I would frontload the eq for a week or two.
 
Empty stomach cardio sessions are a bad idea. You'll get a shitty workout, catabolize protien (your muscle) and not burn all that much fat unless you're already in good aerobic shape. Work out on complex carbs, the fat burning will continue to happen througout the day.
