Ok, thanks everyone. There were a couple conflicting opinions, so this is what I've come up with. It's been about 4 months + since I've taken anything, and it has been almost 3 months since I've hit the gym (long story). Anyway, here's my revised cycle and plan. Comments are appreciated.
Week 1-8 250mg Sus every 5 days
Week 1-4 25mg Dbol/day (Sat. and Sun. off)
Week 1-8 50mg Fina ED
Week 6-12 50mg WV ED
Week 9-12 50mg prop ED
Week 13 begin Clomid
I will also use nolvadex, bromo, and ALA. The first 2 weeks will be a split between carbs and protein, low fat. I will do 30 min. cardio 5 days/week. Beginning week 3 I will start cutting carbs out and slowly upping fats. Beginning week 3 I will also up cadio to 45 minutes 5 times/week eventually getting to an hour. Then week 13 I will begin to slowly add carbs back into diet so I don't rebound as I've done before. Next cycle will depend on gains and fat loss.
The reason for this is because I have gained a good bit of fat and lost endurance from just being a lazy bum. So I think that having enough calories (especially carbs) will allow me to return strong, then the juice will be kicking in so I'll cut carbs and try to get lean. This is all from previous experience and might just be an experiment, but we'll see.
