Hi. Friend of mine is planning a cutting cycle with some muscle gain.
The plan:
week 1 500mg eq
week 2-6 300mg eq
week 1-3 Clen
week 4-7 Test. Prop. 100mg eod
week 4-7 Adex 0,25mg ed
Pct:
week 7-11 Nolva 20mg ed
week 8-11 Clen
Weight: 98kg
Height: 1,95m
Training good, Diet good.
I know that running the eq longer would be better, but this is what's in the house already. Would it be a waste running it this short?
