2 Questions.
1) I am trying to be very aware of overtraining, and try to hit is hard in the gym and then leave, not staying and doing 7 extra sets. However, I wonder if a training split while on cycle (you know working out morning and evening say 5 days a week) could lead to overtraining. I have never done a training split before and wonder if it is acceptable while on.
2) Why did some of the classic BB's such as Arnold lift barefoot all the time. I have always wondered that.
Thanks for your replies.
