Cycle And Midsection Questions

I AM JUST STARTING A CYCLE OF FINAPLIX, WINNY, AND ARATEST..I AM RUNNING THE FINA WEEKS 1-10 WINNY 3-6 AND WASN'T SURE OF THE ARATEST MAYBE AS A BSE ANY IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECITATED..BUT ALSO WOULD THIS CYCLE GET ME CUT AND HARD I AM LOOKING A LOT ON DEFINITION IN ALL AREAS BUT MOST OF THE MID SECTION I AM RIPPED EVERYWHERE ELSE, WONDERING IF ANYONE KNEW AND WHAT EXCERSIESE EVERYONE USES FOR MAX DEFINITION OF THE MIDSECTION..KEEP LIFTING ALL...:confused:

For me it is a simple function of how much cardio I can do, and my abs start to show, if simply is if my BF is high you can't see my abs, otherwise you can, right now, well lets just say I could afford to drop 20 lbs of fat.

If you eat like grandma toothless in the food fetish episode of Springer...or you don'tdo cardio, then it doesn't matter what your taking, or what exercises you do.
 
I understand all you guys are saying I do plenty of cardio I play football in college so tuesdays and thursdays we run..sprints for an hour and i do other cardio three more times a week and abs every other day and i just can't seem to get them showing good. I just started a diet in the new flex magazine that looks really hot but any other ideas
